The goal of our rehabilitation program is to return residents to their highest level of functioning with the ultimate aim of discharge to home Our approach to rehabilitation in the Medicare-certified unit features a true cohesive, Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation Team This includes Physical, Occupational and Speech Language Therapists As a team, we work together with Nursing, Dietary, Social Services, and Activities to assist residents in reaching their maximum potential
